County Supervisor Jane Parker Raises $113,000 - Incumbent Demonstrates Strong, Early Support for Re-election in 2016

MONTEREY CO., CA – The Re-Elect Jane Parker campaign released its fundraising numbers today, showcasing strong support for the experienced incumbent’s re-election campaign for Monterey County’s District 4 Board of Supervisors seat. As of June 30th, the campaign has raised nearly $113,000 ($112,819) from 200 donors.

Dear Neighbor,

Thank you for visiting my personal website. It’s an honor to represent the residents of Monterey County District 4, including Del Rey Oaks, Marina, Sand City, Seaside, a portion of southwest Salinas, much of the Ft. Ord National Monument, and all of California State University, Monterey Bay.

As Supervisor, I have always championed your interests, not special interests! Together, we’ve:

· Protected our County’s natural beauty, water and wildlife, all of which contribute to our quality of life and the economic vitality of our area – including $2.3 billion into the local economy and 22,000 full-time jobs.

· Continued the fight to reduce gang violence and increase public safety. Through effective community, business, and local government collaborations I have successfully secured federal resources aimed at reducing violence and rebuilding communities.
